How it all works
Our multi-meeting process ensures that your plan captures what matters most.
1. The Consultation
A free 15 minute call where we get to know you and your needs. No pressure to move forward if we’re not a good fit.
2. The Life and Legacy Planning Session
A two hour meeting where you gain clarity about your options and desired goals. First, we explain how estate law applies to your current situation. Next, if you hire us, we will work together and start designing your detailed estate plan right away.
3. Signing Ceremony
4-8 weeks later, we will meet to make any last minute revisions, sign off on your plan, and celebrate! You did the hard work to make your family’s life a little easier.
4. The Binder Delivery & Legacy Meeting
You’ll receive a digital and hardcopy of your plan. If you are ready, we will capture your memories, values, and stories on video.

Level 1: The Comfort Plan
Starts at $2000For those who want to leave clear health care and financial instructions in the event of their incapacity and death. This plan does not involve a revocable living trust. As a result, family members will have to invest time and money in probate court to execute your will.

A will, Health care directive & powers of attorney
A Kids Protection Plan to ensure your children aren’t never taken out of your home by the authorities
A legacy interview to share with loved ones upon your death
Complimentary follow-up every 3 years
Option to include post-death trust planning to protect your assets
Level 2: The Trust Plan
Starts at $4000For those who want to pass on their inheritance without court involvement, in the privacy of our office. Clients are responsible for ensuring their assets are properly titled.
This plan includes
Everything in the Comfort plan
A revocable living trust that keeps loved one’s out of court
Unlimited guidance and support from us while you handle the transfer of your assets into your trust
Option to protect your inheritance from future creditors, lawsuits, and divorces
Level 3: The Total Package
Starts at $6000For those who want peace of mind that their loved one’s will stay out of court and that their assets are properly titled.
